1st Way to Become a Collector : UPSC
Step 1: Pass the 12th class.
To become a collector any candidate must have passed class 12 with good marks. So study hard and complete your 12th with good marks.
Step 2: Graduate from the recognized college.

Step 6: Interview
After completing the first and second stages, the candidate is called for an interview. There are very few candidates who remain for the interview.
